Fixing the water pump ( edit: solved )

I'm in Necroplois and have found the junk, I have 34 repair and a tool but when I try us repair on the water pump it just says that I fail to fix it or that I need a fuse, and when I try to use the tool it says I can't use it on this, and when I use the junk it says that I don't know how to use it

Did you read the deans electronics the ghoul leader from the sewers gave you? Also to fix it, use the junk on the pump till its fixed.

I read all 3 books, and I will try that

Put the "Junk" in the slot where usualy the gun is and use it on the pump. I tried it with kinda 51 on repair and it doesn't work, but it worked with 56.
