Can't tab out of the game

For some reason, whenever I tab out of the game it disappears in my task bar and I can't go back in. Steam says that the game is still running so I have to manually end it in task manager. Any help would be appreciated.

Fixt did not fix the issue.

You can just alt tab back to the game or you could use "switch to" in the applications tab of the task manager.

I cannot alt tab back. As I said in the post. Also where is the "switch to" in the task manager?

So you haven't seen the game in row of windows or icons when you hold alt and cycle though them with tab? Odd. I usually see it there but not on the taskbar.

As for the switch too, its in the application heading of the task manager. In Win 10 you can select "switch to" by right clicking a program under the processes tab.

I can't find it when I click on the program.

I alt tab and this shows up near the start menu. I just double clicked it and the game comes back up.
