Game Improvements

Updated lottery spawn : now tickets can be discovered on the ground using Detective Mode. Collecting them gives a chance to win prizes ranging from small to large.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue in Quest : A Missing Key where sometimes you couldn’t continue talking to Jack.
Fixed a bug where H-scene during CCTV viewing did not sync correctly with the intended animation.
