Trackpad and keyboard failure on m1 Macbook pro

I just installed it on my mac and opened without issue, but can't not click on anything in the menu or even can't quit the game, trackpad and keyboard are fine with other applications and I am sure it's not their problem

I’m having exactly the same issue. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, and I still can’t click anything in the menu. Ridiculous

I have the same problem. Do we have some solution? I just bought the game and I cant play it.

i have the same problem. interestingly - when i launched the game for the first time i was able to click a couple of times. but then it stopped working for good

Clicking around the game worked at first for me, but I had the same issue after I turned off VSync. Clicks and key presses stopped registering, even after rebooting then uninstalling and reinstalling Firewatch.

I was eventually able to get it working again by using these commands at the terminal to find the VSync setting and turn it back on:

defaults read unity.CampoSanto.Firewatch
defaults write unity.CampoSanto.Firewatch VSync 1
