Day 77: Explore Wapati Meadow Glitch?

[SPOILERS FOR DAY 77] So basically I brok into Wapati Meadow and made my way down to the camp. I reported the beeping machines and soil grid, and went into the tent. The first thing that caught my eye was the desk in the back. I went over and reported EVERY machine and reportable thing possible. When I turned around I saw the reciever case and opening it up. Reported that and took the reciever. She told me to find out where it's beeping the most/ where the beeping is coming from. So I realized that it was coming from the machines, but I already reported all of them and now I can't do anything. My map still says Explore Wapati Meadow. So I read a walkthrough and it says to find the reciever and then report all the stuff to Dahlalah, then she'll tell you to scramble back to safety or whatever, and you go to your tower. I've gone to the tower and nothing happens, its just the tower. I've also headed to the cable car and gotten the dialogue about how it's only for emergencies. Now I'm trapped and got nothing to do! Please help!
