Even that the ending may not be what you expect has been discussed very broadly.
I no longer would have paid €20,- for it, but on sale under €5,- it was a no-brainer for me. If I didn't like what I saw in the discussions, it'd also have been a no-brainer not to buy it.
Just get a refund and be done with it.
If you don't want a story, why play a narrative walking simulator? Just refund the game and play a game in the genre(s) you actually enjoy.
Thanks for your thoughts op.
The point of this writing was to make us laugh about you, I guess. According to your writing, you stand pretty stupid here... It's not your fault, though. Not that you had a choice... 😅
Yeah, I did find it weird that they had gone so deep into the woods for that...
I didn't really know what I was buying but it was only £2 so gave it a go. Nice little story but there's no real challenge or anything to figure out. You can even skip most of the dialogue of radioing in every thing you find.
I thought that might have some consequence of not giving information to whoever was listening... but no... the story just plodded on, much like me around the forest.
Without the excellent voice actors, I would say "don't bother". They make it a "meh, nice enough story".
