How to turn on Walke Talkie
Hi I am on the mission where you follow the beep. Is there anyway I can turn my walke talkie back on to talk to Delilah?

You can only talk to Delilah at certain points in the game. You'll see a walkie talkie icon when such an event occurs. You can't randomly talk to Delilah to get help (sometimes you can, but the beeping mission is not one of them).
