Probably. Considering all the ways you could respond and how often can shape yur story a bit differently and change the ending. Or as Faltuner said it could be different dialogue. Hell building a rapport could save your life. Campo Santo is pretty tight lipped and its a good thing. Lets me enjoy the moments I haven't seen more.

There is far more dialogue in the game than you could ever see in a single playthough, and much of that different dialogue is mutually exclusive, which means if you say one thing rather than another thing, it will affect what happens next, and you can't go back and "change what you said". That's one of the big things that will differentiate multiple playthroughs.

There are also locations and things to find in the world that are not required by or even related to the main story of the story. Most of the people I've seen play through the entire game have found different instances of these things. I think it would be hard to find "everything" unless you have explored the world pretty thoroughly and know your way around the map. Generally speaking, I suspect people's first playthroughs will be somewhat non-intentional. If people like spending time in the game enough to play it again, I could imagine dedicating more time and energy to poking into all the corners.

All that said, this isn't The Elder Scrolls or Dragon Age. It is a narrative game first and foremost. You aren't going to be unlocking a bunch of endings or finding crafting components or doing "side quests." (All those things are great, but not what this particular game is about.) The world and game are built to support a particular story, which we did our best to tell, and to facilitate two fully-realized characters, which we did our best to outfit with enough player responsiveness to create a meaningful sense of interactivity and realism. Beyond that, we've tried to infuse the world with enough space and points of interest for it to be convincing and to stand up to player exploration and curiosity. Hopefully, we've succeeded!

So from how i understand it, there are different dialogues throughout the game, depending on your choices, but that doesn't seem to resolve in multiple different endings.

An inside source...

1. There are "mysticism" elements. The game gets VERY spooky
2. Your supervisor gets murdered .. stabbed with a spoon
3. You end up in Siberia

.. I know, I know ...a joke
but would like to know about the endings myself

I made a post where I questioned this also. I found an article that definitively said there were no multiple endings but there wasn't a specific source cited. I can link article later when I'm not on my phone if desired.

So from how i understand it, there are different dialogues throughout the game, depending on your choices, but that doesn't seem to resolve in multiple different endings.

The stuff I said up there is the full answer to this question, but, in short: "No, there aren't really multiple endings."

Since you responded here Chris...

It seems like you could learn more about Delilah and the setting on a 2nd play-thru. Is that an accurate assumption?

Like Chris wrote, a lot of dialogue choices are mutually exclusive, so if you choose one thing, you miss out on any insights that would've spawned from the other options. Heck, in the IGN gameplay footage you can see a lot of dialogue is optional to begin with, and that sometimes silence is the best option.
I don't know how significant certain choices end up being, but I am definitely looking forward to playing a more compassionate Henry in my first playthrough and a more antisocial Henry in my second :)
Goodzilla Feb 3, 2016 @ 2:55pm
lol
GoldenApe 1st playthrough: "Hey there, Delilah don't you worry about the distance. I'm right there if you get lonely..."
GoldenApe 2nd playthrough: "I don't ♥♥♥♥ with you, you little stupid ass ♥♥♥♥♥..."

So explain this quote?

"there is, actually, a very peculiar secret ending I suspect only a few people will see"

That is interesting. The only secret ending i know of that i learned last night is to not get on the helicopter. But all that does is show the helicopter land and fly away, cut to black.

Something tells me that there may be more than it meets the eye, in regard of the linearity most people will end up taking from the plot. Perhaps... a certain conversation...

*SPOILERS* I still found that camp site with all the heavy equipment really weird, could all of that really be owned by one guy or did i black out when they said something important.
