Day 33's Cache is Locked?

Is this normal? I'm supposed to open this to complete the task but it's locked and I don't have the combo. The walkthroughs I've watched show them all as unlocked. Is it bugged?

Well it should be locked if I remember. Can you just use the regular code Delilah told you at the beginning of the game, 1-2-3-4 ?

Thanks man - facing a lock with 9,999 possible combinations and no key was the worst puzzle I had EVER encountered in a computer game - you just saved me from wasting more than one hour of my life searching for a combination that was nowhere to be found...
