Any hacks to increase the run speed?

I love the game's atmosphere and all, don't get me wrong, but I want to be able to run faster. Does anyone know of any hacks to increase the run speed? I can't seem to get anywhere with the in-game console (it doesn't even come up despite the fact that I supposedly enabled it) nor with CheatEngine...

Yeah, I'm aware of that, hence I said "run speed" instead of "walk speed" in my original post. I'm looking for something (I was expecting something like a console command, but I can't even get the console to come up) that will increase my movement speed across the entire game, including while I have the map out (where you are not allowed to run, only to walk).

Yeah, google kind of makes it obvious there is no run, it's an effing love story, why run?
