I did turn off the music which saved me from other claims especially during the credits. Doesn't stop the boom box part of the game.
I was hoping someone might see this that knows how I could copy in a copyright free piece of music in replacing the music for the boombox.
With Fallout 4 a brilliant modder came up with such a mod to turn off the radios that randomly played. Since even turning music off completely in options didn't fix the issues with the random radios.
I've got a new channel and unsure of the guidelines for the radio encounter.
I went to Campo Santo website and found this link...

Regarding Monetization....
They don't say you can or can't use the music in game play.
They seem totally cool with posting the game though.
The song is cool and I'd rather keep it in if possible.
Instead of having to tackle the radio like a football player.
If any devs reading, can you please give us your thoughts.
Thanks.
Edit:
I did test upload a .mp4 of the "Cheap Talk - Push Play" song to YouTube.
It didn't trigger any copyright alerts for me there.
I've just decided to mute the game until I can toss it in the lake.
Can't remember if you can even turn the radio off when you pick it up.
I watched someone on YouTube toss it in the lake. ZZZppptt!!! :)
