this game is trash , bad writing , empty and boring world , side quests are awful , combat and gameplay is stiff and unpolished , writing sucks , nobody takes this zombie outbreak serious theyre cracking jokes and cringe dialogues all the time , even if you buy on steam it requires Epic services to play , stay away from this game , either play DI 1 , Riptide or play dying light 1

Don't buy dead island 2 it's installing epic games anyway when you want to play it

Way to crap on your fanbase. First, take 10+ years since the original Dead Island games for release because the game was shoved around from developer to developer, then you have the cheek to release it as an EGS exclusive just to cash in on the exclusivity Chinese cash from Tencent, thereby ruining the gaming industry actively, and thus participating in your own demise eventually, and then after that exclusivity-deal ran out, try to cash in on the last few morons on Steam that somehow didn't notice your: greed, do not dislike or disapprove of Epic or their exclusivity tactics, and apparently have no issue with running Denuvo, the most anti-consumer tactic of all that is known to make games run worse and break SSDs eventually.

You clearly have no respect for your customers in any capacity at all, and merely want to utilise them as a cashcow.

May your sales be low and your refunds high.
