Can someone leave their pc specs, game settings and in-game fps in this topic please? I dont know if my laptop will handle this game. Also, please leave a comment on how the game feels, is there any mouse lags like in original dead island? Because I still cant fix it lol.

I7 4790k, 390x, 16gb ram, freesync screen. All settings maxed at 1080p. Plays awesome for me. Noticibly better than the buggy original. Game feels much more optimised for me and the mouse lag is gone.

i5 4670k 3.4 Ghz
8GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 Mhz
760 GTX 2GB ( latest driver to date)
Windows 10 64-bit

Textures are on Medium, since you need at least 3GB of VRAM to run em' on High without losing fps/getting stuttering, everything else is set to High, view distance slider is rather low, all effects (such as AO and AA) are turned ON for me, except for Chromatic and Film Grain since i don't like those effects and i'm running it in 1920x1080.

FPS i had so far in the first part of the island is :
Lowest FPS 40
Average FPS 48-60
Highest FPS 70

Laptop

Radeon 7670m 2GB VRAM
i7-3630QM (8CPUs @ 2.4Ghz)
8GB Ram
Win 7 64-bit

With settings on lowest @ 1280x720 I'm getting an average of 35FPS. My lappy couldn't run stock DI at all previously.

PC

Radeon 7970 3GB VRAM
AMD FX-8350 (8CPUs @ 4.2Ghz)
16GB Ram
Win 7 64-bit

With settings on highest ('cept for AO, V-Sync off) @ 1920x1080 I'm getting an average of 60FPS.

While the game runs alot better then stock I have some major mouse problems on both set-ups. The mouse lag on the inventory/menu screen combined with the forced acceleration makes it unplayable for me with M/KB. I managed to sort this with editing some .PAK files in the previous installment but I haven't find the file yet.

uhm that's really strange about your laptop. Mine is i3 2.2ghz, 4gb ram, 1gb video and I'm able to play original DI just fine, apart from camera/mouse lag

Made a quick video

Intel i7 4770k @ 4.0Ghz
GTX 780 OC'd
16GB 2133Mhz RAM

I'm running the game at 1080p max settings with motion blur, film grain and chromatic abbaration (however you spell it) turned off because I don't like the look of them.

I get 60 fps constant locked with vsync and with vsync turned off I get 80-155 fps depending on where I look (155 at the sky). The lowest it dropped to was 77 during my testing.

I also have the FOV turned up a little, unfortunately it seems that turning it up by anything sustantial creates the fish eye effect.

i5 4200H
GTX 860m
8GB DDR3 at 1600 Mhz
Windows 10 home and driver v365.19

I'm between 35 and 45 fps at 1080p on Act I (max settings) with v-sync on
With v-sync off, it's a screen tearing party x)

Better wait a driver update ...
