30FPS cap?
Is it just me? game runs on 30 FPS with VSYNC without VSYNC it does run at 120FPS.

I'm running it with uncapped fps with the best viedeo settings w/ vsync on.

It seems just the menu is capped at 30 fps.
I just started a new games and I get from like 70 to 100 fps.
(I have Vsync off.)

without vsync i get 120~130 FPS on max settings but when i turn on Vsync FPS gets capped to 30 :(

the game was at 30 fps for me when playing at 1920x1080. I lowered it to 1280x720 and then it went to 60. my 750 ti is probably too weak to maintain 60 fps at 1080 which makes sense.
