So theres some ♥♥♥♥♥ ass lady named Kim who gives you a quest to give her water, well how much water does the ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ need jesus gave her like 6 bottles and the quest isn't done

That is a repeatable quest that gives you 100xp for each bottle. There are several of these quests in the game and in original game were marked so in the quest log. Yes that person has a bottomless belly and enlarged blader :-)

I think it's infinite. If you check on your quest log it should be listed under continuous quests or something like that which means you can complete them as many times as you please for the xp/cash or items in some cases.
