other than updating gpu drivers idk much else that might work other than overclocking.
If you are watching videos on a second monitor, try pausing the video and minimizing the tab and try again. Also, try turning on V-SYNC, as that seemed to help me out a lot as well.
I imagine you have MSI afterburner, Hows the CPU,GPU,RAM usages?

Ya, but was curious about your situation and you never said if you had MSI or if you did, what the usages were..
Well I do turn off motion blur, chromatic abb, and film grain. I Think they suck.
oh yeah motion blur is something i dont like either
but i guess i just meant max settings and motion blur off.
