Full Screen Mode No Longer Works

Looks like Windows 10 pushed out some sort of update, and now I can no longer play this game in full screen. I try to set full screen on in the settings, and all it does is bounce back to the main menu and stays in windowed mode. Is there a fix for this?

Try setting in the video.scr file directly maybe?

Open the file [Documents]\DeadIslandDE\out\settings\video.scr (where [Documents] is your documents folder) in notepad and add the line Fullscreen() to the end.

Probably best to make a backup of the file in case something goes wrong.
