Is it worth to buy the definitive edition?
When you own already the normal one?

I was wondering for the same thing

Also wondering the same thing and I'm kind of agitated that this even exists without any means of upgrading people that purchased the original game + Riptide.

If you've got the original imho there's nothing new in the definitive edition, I still prefer the original version and mostly usually play it.

Ps, if you guys don't have Dying Light that would be a better option than rebuying Dead Island, Dying Light was pretty good not as good as Dead Island but still good enough.

But wheres the hell the oringinal? I just want that, not the definitive edition.

When the definitive editions were released you could've bought them for around 3€ each if you owned the original two. So... unless that happens again, I recommend to not buy the definitive edition unless you really enjoyed the original.

Original DI was cut shortly after definitive edition and is no longer for sale.

If you want this game but dont have the first one then it is worth the buy

imho the first game looked great, and tbh at this price, having improved graphics, is worth it.
My advice play it alone, it becomes a good suvival,

I've played both and finished both's main and all side quests. Dying Light is the best zombie-survival game in the market right now, it's definitely better than Dead Island. DI was good for its time, not now.

I have to say yes for me and my coop bud.. we played them both DI and RT and this looks much better.. dlc's all included and runs smoother in my case.
