oh they can they don't wanna overhaul their physics code to work with unity.... it would take about 23 years

I can feel your exhaustion guys. Your fingers are so tired that typing "localisation" instead of "loca" would have probably killed you. Clearly, I am not as tired because after some deliberation I figured it out. Still, at least we have a changelog so thank you.

After the patch installation I am having an Error 11 and the game crashes.... can't play any longer.

I have a dedicated server(steamcmd), updated it and updated client. client cant connect to server, error (server is running 1.11.3, client is running 1.11.4) can you fix Please?

Yes, the Patch 1.11.4 broke my EAC. Uninstalling and reinstalling EAC didn't help.
I ran the verification test, but nothing changed
