Nutrient Solution, this irks me some
I have a cheap base with growing plots in the Blueprint Factory. Starting out a new game now, I have all that I need to make the 9 grow plots to build it except for Nutrient Solution. Which you make in a Food Processor.

So, to build a base, I have to make a base, to make a Food Processor, so I can make Nutrient Solution, so I can make Grow Plots, so I can tear it all down and build the base from the Factory that I want.

I guess I could add an Ultra Cheap Base that has a Food Processor, think I'll do that. :-)

We should be able to add the raw materials. Food in this case, plus rock dust.

yeah that kind of sucks what you can do is have a core, solar capiciter, small solar panel, and food processer base and that would be really cheap to do.
Yeah its a little flaw in the logic, surly gets fixed in the next patch

- Added Growing Plot (Wood) also to Survival Constructor (As you can basically set up a farm without a growing light outside a base on temperate planets if temperatures are in the acceptable zone > Check the global notes over here: https://empyriononline.com/threads/read-first-gameplay-faq.10344/)

No idea if they added nutrient too
if not they forgot it i guess

Just remove the grow plot blocks before you BP it, then you spawn the base with everything you need except the grow plots, which the base has a food processor and constructor so it shouldnt be hard to make them after that anyway and your base is spawnable at a lower level also.

Yeah, they added the growing plots but forgot that you need to actually craft the nutrition solution for it in the Food proc. They just need to add the Nutr. Solution to the survival crafter then it is fixed

EDIT: Have everything for the plots

And this is why I never put grow plots in my base BPs. In fact if I get one from the workshop the first thing I do is remove any grow plots.

I remove them from my blueprints and either leave an empty space or truss it. One ot the awesome uses of creative. Customizing stuff to your needs.

Agree on Creative mode. I make sure my BP bases do have Grow Plots so they contain the exact plants I want in place when I place the base, ready to go.

Just use a wreckage as a temp base. a core and capacitor, solar panel, constructor and food station. I took over the front part of the Titan as my starter base.

The best part is no drone attacks because I never laid a Base starter block.
