Superconductors can be bought from QuantumSTAR traders in small amounts for a significant markup. They can be bought in bulk for cheap from Arriake Technology and Solaris-AMP factories.
Radiation Shielding can be bought Non-Linear Productions and Thermal Interactions Ltd Factories.

All factories are found on planets near any Polaris Trade Station. This info is all in your PDA in-game.

They can also be looted from Zirax Electronics Factories, Sector Command and the Abandoned Factory in some boxes.
