Report a translation problem
In SP you teleport away and the playfield unloads before the signal setup switches the teleporter off, hence why the fuel gets drained.
In MP it works correctly (most of the time) and switches it off like it should.
This has been a known bug in SP ever since the teleporter update.
Your best bet for now is to modify the config files to make the teleporter require way less power. That's about all you can do for this issue right now.
