It's not a command. You would need to create your own local copy of the scenario, edit the scenario's config files, and then start a new save game using that edited copy.
You'd also be responsible for keeping it updated with any scenario and game updates as needed and would need to fix any issues yourself that come up while playing this modified version.
Or you could simply punt, open the console, & give yourself as much ore as you like.
in RE2 i use 5 T2 laser, in vanilla only 1 and i am much faster.
mining in RE2 is boring. to raid poi´s is funny and more profitable
