Editing to say this is by no means a comprehensive list of amazing creators and also to say a creative game can be amazing to check out the builds before you actually build them.
Then you can check them out in detail and decide what you really want.
As always, some old workshop files will be no longer compatible. Although, from Creative you might be able to make necessary changes and make a new private blueprint.
By the way, most of the RE2 blueprints have "RE2" in the names or descriptions, so you can search for them. Also it is possible to search for not-RE2, but I don't remember the syntax right now. There is a thread about that.
Other new things to be aware of include the tendency of generators to explode when overloaded, the need to make sure you have at least 10 m/s^2 of vertical acceleration for ever G of gravity on a planet, and the one-connection-deep-and-no-CVs-to-BAs docking rules.
The other bit, CVs don't dock to bases, whether it`s planet side or orbital.
On top of this, CVs specifically cannot dock to BAs. Apparently people couldn't wrap their heads around the process of offloading a CV's small craft before docking it, so they just disallowed it.
That said, anything by Dadrick, Filbertfarmer, Ydoyouwantoknow, ProcyonLotor, Ente, and Lyfeforse are goin to be solid.
