Here they are. And I know it is miss-spelt, I messed up in game and am now committed to the failure.
# Check whether the signals button in the P menu is active
# Connect a lamp to the signal to test it.
# Delete the sensor and make a new one with a different Tx name
# Reload game
I've done that too, doesn't do anything.
Both, I can't trigger it regardless.
Might sound stupid, but:
Make sure You are Naming the Sensors and Doors first, that will make sure You wont try to connect the Door to the right Sensor or vice versa and it makes it easier to change things later.
I have many a time mixed up the Sensors ...
