CRASHED TITAN MISSION
Mission start - two consoles (rear). I read it. He says that I should be attacked, but nothing happens. I went to the front and middle. Consoles - error:
"An internal error occurred! Pleasinsert a short description in the prepared email..."
I stopped on a mission: Find and access. Please say. What am I doing wrong? This is the second time I've started. What is needed to send a signal or search. I do not understand. We don't have a ship here.

you can force the attack by using the pda and hitting the checkbox.

The mission is supposed to go:
- The PDA prompts you to go the Titan parts *in order*. It does say which part you should go at the various points of the mission as it progresses
- Go to the front part and find the console with the info that the access key has been divided into three parts
- Find the other console in the front part that has the 1st part of the access key
- Go to the mid part and find the console that has the 2nd part of the access key
- Go to the rear part and find the console that has the final 3rd part of the access key
- Go back to the front part and find the *main* console. If you've all 3 key parts it unlocks. Part of that info dump is the final part that states you'll probably get attacked. This will also trigger the attack.
- etc. mission continues. It's not over with the attack...

The mission setup had earlier the problem that if you accessed the consoles in the wrong order or didn't have all the key parts, you still got that final text warning of an impeding attack. Which didn't happen because it wasn't triggered *yet*. Apparently, that issue is still there...

Try collecting all the keys and then go back to the front part's main console. Just be ready to get back to your ship. When the attack comes it comes quickly, and you need an armed ship to fight back.

If it still doesn't trigger, try resetting the mission and then visit the Titan parts and the consoles in the order the mission expects you to do. Might be it gets confused if you do the unexpected.

Front (blue) - OK

- "Find the other console in the front part that has the 1st part of the access key"
Front (Orange) - Error . I do not understand. There are two consoles - blue and orange. I don't see it anymore.

- "Go to the mid part and find the console that has the 2nd part of the access key
Front (blue) - Error !"

Did as he said jacobellinger. Nothing helps. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm tired of it. Thanks to all. Everybody's Free.

Mine glitched as well. I found all the consoles did the files, but they did not register. Had to tick them off in the PDA, going through the files again, then the attack initiated. Went as it was supposed to after that.

Same bug for me. Console in middle part throws error and no attacks

The titan needs to be on a starter planet moon (any other ive found on a planet etc. i get stuck somewhere in the misson) - for me, i just went around each starter planet moon looking for the three sections until it worked (Haven, persephone, er... the other one..)

The ship is Titan (he has a copy). He crashed on the moon of other planets? I do not understand. Do I need to fly to other planets (moon)?

On one of my (many ;) ) vanilla games before i got into RE, there is a MS Titan on each starter planets moon, and in some cases, if the starter planet had multiple moons, one on each of those too!
some bug out, one of them will work, its just a case of finding the right one.
ok so its not a good RP experience, but hey, its a game.
