thats a good idea. and maybe water + batteries make fuel cells? i dunno but i do like the batteries idea
There we have it! raise large herdes of golems have them on a system of conveyers into a rock crusher haha.
Two things.
1) In the previous build I've had 6,000+ fuel cells in my base storage, and knew where several size 12+ deposits were (so 10,000+ fuel cells were on the table if I wanted them). My "burn rate" was under 50 for an evening of playing (several real time hours)... so it'd be next year before I ran out of fuel on that save if I played daily. I'd call running out "theoretically possible", I'd be stunned of anyone actually did.
2) The Rock golems on Omicron (old starting planet) dropped ore & rock chunks; and they did respawn. With GV/SV guns & turrets not requiring ammo, you could definitely gain more fuel cells than you used powering your vehicle; and show a net gain in fuel cells hunting them.
So there is a method to "slowly" gain, and have infinite fuel... but I can't see needing it.
Oo but theoretically you could also get say 2 promethium deposiuts size 7 max on the current planets took me forever to find my deposits and theres alien towers nearby that if i flew there id get shot at. thanks for the tip tho
