MS Titan wreck

I have found the MS Titan front and mid sections but not the rear. Is there a rear section? If so is it worth trying to find?

In my game it shows as CV_Talos_destroyed_back but I've not yet found 1 ore deposit so there may be a Titan section...

it's worth finding it, so you can salvage the intact capital vessel engine if you want for rare components, plus the cargo holds.

i found the rear section,but thier was nothing in it, no loot at all, is it buried somewhere

As the mid section on my seed spawned near the orange barrier on my seed, would it be possible the rear spawned on the other side? I have searched for hours and cannot find it.

My middle part is all in the ground is it worth looking for loot?

The Mid Section is about 300m from my curent base.....I plan to between drone attacks

I'm in the same boat. finally finished getting my base built.

However, now that I look at the mountain in front of me as big as my base nearly, I wish I'd known about building inside the mountain. I handn't thought of that.

Oddly enough the drones always come from that direction. I know there is an alien structure still over and the front of the titan.

Since nothing is coming from the other side, I took over the alien base therer, I wonder if killing the bases will affect the number of attacks.

With the addition of the aliens on the mine colonly, I think it is only a matter of time before aliens start attacking us too.

You dont need a mountain to dig in, just dig down a few lvls and place a constructor (off), gen, sm fuel tank, and a cargo box with some sprouts so you can rebuild if necessary.

I have dug this baby out and got the thruster locations on video. Check it out here https://youtu.be/CRNVI4jXUgM Yes it does not show up as the MS Titan back end. Its shows up as cv_talos_destroyed I do believe. Digging this thing out was a pain in the butt. I used at least 100 drill charges. The digging took several hours to do. I just hope that this video can help others plan there looting of this ship better. Hope this helps you all

Is it possible to salvage the wreck? Tried Multitool, but it says wrong faction.

If it says wrong faction it still has a core? destroy it first.

It has a core, you have to remove it then you can salvage it.
