If it does not work, please check your keybindings or SHIFT/CAPSLOCK status
I assigned a secondary set of keys as R-Alt+P (ESC, Options, Controls) and this secondary key combo works each time. After you clear the initial confusion, the blueprint saving system is pretty intuitive; even updating, saving, and setting up the screenshot to be intitated as you save is pretty easy to figure out.
I'd either enable selection of a separate screenshot file, or set up a tooltip that tells the user that the screen will be recorded upon saving to serve as the visual for their blueprint. I had to go back and update the blueprint file so my screenshot reflected what the plans were for.
If it was Alt zero for you something is wrong with your key bindings, it's supposed to be Alt o, as in the letter, by default, I have EGS installed on 4 computers with default keybingings, they are all Alt o.
On a side note, this topic was over a year dead almost 2 years.
