Singleplayer cheats?
Are there cheats in single player? Like so I have all the skills and a lot of resources? I just want to build things and explore/hunt animals on the planets, trying to survive. But I don't want to spend the hours building up my character.

Thanks! (The game's great btw)

I would say you should not play survival then. You can't have the "trying to survive" part and not allow the progression of the normal game (by using cheats) Just play the creative mode. Everything is there. That aside, if you do play survival, it does not take hours of playing to be able to build, defend, survive, etc. Within a half hour to an hour you should be able to unlock much of the tech tree by mining, collecting, killing...etc. Now if you expect a capitol ship and 100 Ion cannons after an hour....then, play creative.

I've already played 15hrs of the game, so I know the basics. And it doesn't take 30min-1hr.

Did they add enemies to creative mode? Because when I tried to play it, it was only me.

You can edit game files for single player.

No enemy AI in creative no.

Not sure which ones. Looked through all the files in the save folders, none of them looked editable.

If they will publish any cheats, I will literally stop playing this game forever. Cheats destroys every game, even the best ones. So what that u get all these nice things at once, when you will get bored completely just 5 minutes of playing?

If you are willing to quit a game over something that has zero effect on the way you play it, we don't need you. o/

Of course u don't need me.
But in fact, true is that some cheats spoilers could affect my gameplay. I just didn't wanted to get spoilers because if i get cheats it would be then a bit hard for me to hold back and not use them. Not every time, but let say in critical situations. Wouldn't u use cheat in critical situation almost hopeless situation, do you? Then, u ruin all your gameplay because actually critical situation is to solve it not cheat it. Thats the survival.

Command "IM" = Item Menue if you press h
Level x+ 1000 = 1000 XP each time you use it (try to level up level by level or it can be that you loose skillpoints)

AND DAMN, WHY DID YOU DIG THAT OUT

Press the Tilde key (~) and type Help for a list of console commands.

When you start a new game you have various settings. One is for faster levelling. Shooting drones gives a lot of XP. Finding resource deposits also gives much XP. So if there are a lot of both, you will level fairly quickly.

You can edit planet files in the Playfield folder to increase animals (for example) but install and use Notepad++ as it will not change certain characters. Backup any files you plan to change. You can google for more info on editing Empyrion playfield files.

The correct answer is that Unbias digged out a 2.5 year old zombie.
