Leaving a planet's playfield entirely, however, requires making or otherwise obtaining a warp drive for an SV, while leaving the starting star system requires the same for a CV. You can find everything you need for the former by looting/mining/trading within the vicinity of your starting planet and its moons, while the latter may require going elsewhere in the starting star system.
The vanilla game has made carbon substrate stupid now and you can only mine it from deposits instead of being able to make it from carbon based plants (aka plants) but RE still has the old formula.
Then to make your SV warp you need cobalt which you should either be able to find in a nearby asteroid or on the moon of your starter planet.
CV is the same basics plus cobalt to get off the ground. To make the CV warp you need Neodium which you will find elsewhere in the starting system, so good thing you already made that warp capable SV to go mine it.
Then with your warp capable CV you dock your SV to your CV and warp to another system.
Best to make your own thing that is absolutely minimal. And don't forget the detector because you will need to avoid any possible encounters.

My comment was:
A great starter vessel, well armed and it costs no rare ressources to build it, very good :) However in v. 1.10+ the thrusters are too weak, I have removed the rear thruster and added 2 non-slant ones and the speed is fine now, moved the wireless device where you say the constructor should go.
Here another one:

I added some side thrusters so it would not "slide around" so much.
P.S., Not for dangerous areas. 8-}
You can’t leave the “starter planet wishing 7 days or your base is erased” in an SV. I have an SV. Had that built within a couple hours. The issue is leaving the system I guess. I’ve tried multiple times and every week all my belongings get reset to nothing and it makes me start over.
So I assume I have to warp out of the system. Especially since every time I go to space it tells me that warping is a 1 way thing and I can’t return.
What I need to know is what exactly I need to do to not have all my stuff get reset. Players in the server give different info and none of it ends up correct. One guy said “just build a new base every couple days and that resets the timer” but I want to know how to get out into “the actual game” and not the “tutorial” planet.
There are no asteroids and the moon was barren. I got Pentaxid (which I didn’t need) from the only other planet in the system (Korro) and the I’ve been to 4 of the 5 trading stations. None of them sell what I need. I forget off the top of my head what I need, but it’s 2 elements I can’t find (one starts with an E).
It’s just annoying that there is t a step by step walk through of how to get out to the “actual game”.
But then again. IDK what I’m supposed to do be then either
This isn't normal, the server you are playing on must be heavily modded. Is this HWS or something? Whatever it is, you'll have to get the necessary information from that server or play on a different one.
This isn't normal either. Not for Vanilla, nor for Reforged Eden. Your server must have custom starting areas with different resources and different progression
Server is Elon Official, Vanilla. Defender vs Invader. Desert world (the one you start out on a prison ship or whatever it is.
You shouldn't need any E to make a warp capable CV in vanilla, you're probably using a blueprint that has more parts than you need. In Vanilla the "magic space elements" are S, N, E, and Z. You should only need the real elements and N. Build from scratch or use a cheaper blueprint.
These ships will do fine in vanilla Single Player though.
It's funny because I answered both. Neither task is particularly difficult, but getting a CV warp drive is certainly more difficult on a busy server with frequent wipes of the starting playfields. A few dedicated players can stripmine and salvage an entire playfield with shocking alacrity.
Not to disparage you, but OP outright said he's on an official server. The odds of Eleon running custom scenarios is practically nil.
