What is the Radial Menu and how to rebind it?

during re-binding all keys I saw that there is a function called Radial Menu.
But its not binded to any key.

What is this Radial Menu?
How can I open it by standard (if possible)?
How can I rebind it to a key?

Radial Menu is only for weapons/tools that use a radial menu (MultiTools, Drills, Survival Tool, Tool Turrets) where it displaces the aim function of a handheld weapon (RMB).

It's a CONTEXT menu so, duh, it's bound to the right-click of the mouse, not a key, like virtually every other contextual menu in modern software. You could reassign it to a key, but what then are you going to do with that now wasted mouse button, since the tool has not use for it? Why would you be considering rebinding a function/feature when you don't yet even know what it is?

I remember the times when we used RMB for jump in FPS like quake or heretic=)

Quake had right click as jump. Oh that brings me back lol.

Not me... I almost always avoid pure FPS games. I tried to play Doom and Wolfenstein, and those ended my interest. I have never played Quake.
