Empyrion - Galactic Survival

Salvaged drone swarm processors
I am only able to acquire them by taking out harvesters and swarms on drone planets. At the rate they drop from these POIs, it's about 20 POIs per Aux core. Is there a better way to acquire these? This method is overly grindy and getting really boring..

It seems like you need at least 6 or more aux cores to be able to take down Drone targets in space, because they're weapons hit so hard they just melt shields. My current ship has a 21k shield, and it's down in 5 seconds against anything other than a drone harvester....

As. Ryolo said....once you get your CV to the higher levels, for some reason the loot from ships get boring. I just strip the Q-Es and other quickies and out. Toveras have a good Ammo box.

The Legacy Carriers are pretty easy to take down and they'll have a chance of a Q-E, but most i have gotten are for SVs. They have tons of loot barrels, and the Fuel tanks have about 8000 small Promtheum fuels. I skip all the 200+ cargo boxes as that is too many to search. I go straight to the bottom for the 5 or 6 Reenforced ones, then, I am out.

Don't waste your time on the Legacy Infectors. They're like trying to crack open a diamond to get a peanut.

lol i just now took down 2 infectors before checking this post. I was thinking the same thing, didn't feel worth it.

My teammate and i took down a few carriers, we thought it was weird we were getting Q-E for SVs

What faction runs the TianLong ?
TianLongs are Warlord faction. Not Zirax. Find them in Neutral space. Tovera are Zirax so go fly about Zirax space. Usually you get maybe 0 to 1 Tovera per systems, but you have to look for them. Once I got super lucky and found a System that had 6 Toveras. One of the sector had 3 in it. Was glorious Quantum bonanza.

Legacy are more random for Quantums. But great if you need to get some quick Xeno. There's no such thing as a Legacy Carrier either. Legacy CVs will have 1-2 loot boxes (not reinforced) that has a chance to spawn Quantum extenders, Turret or Ammo. Turret and ammo being the rare ones.

Infectors are easy. Fly infront of them and shoot them dead center. Your turret should take out their front ones and it'll make them pretty much harmless. Legacy ships don't do huge amount of dmg to hull blocks. So if you have appropriate hull and decoys buried away, they practically don't hurt you at all.

And that's how you destroy some epic loot like RTG and quantum can.
Snipe the core from the side aiming right in the center of spiral shape. Save a lot of valuable stuff.

See i did this, and was even able to place a salvage core on them, however literally seconds later..the ships just vanished in a blue flash. I'm probably never going back to legacy space, it's really annoying to deal with, they need to rethink all of that in this scenario.

quantum is at the top. Unless you're pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at aiming at the center, then you will not hit the quantum. Loot wise yeh possibly.

You were fighting a reinforcement after approaching a legacy POI. They don't have quantum box and will dissapear quickly. You need to find patroling ships if you're in Legacy space.

Hey, does anybody know whats up with this hatefull bug where, when you go to warp jump, the animation/ effect appears on screen, pentax is consumed, it looks like you jump, but then you don't jump......

It's been happening ALLOT recently, it just happened to be 14 times in under 30 minutes, i gave up out of frustration and parked near a sun, i'll login and try again tomorrow, the issue is beyond frustrating at this point.

Is this a bug with RE, or with the game itself?

Ok, sorry for posting in the wrong section.

I just went to the workshop for RE, but was unable to find any documentation on this issue under the bug reports and troubleshooting section for 1.9, would you mind telling me where the information is? I'd rather relay it to the server owner than just tell him to go fish lol.
