Report a translation problem
Again, for turning, ONE RCS will work, but, you will have to have a thruster on each side, as well.
Each side of the cube needs at least one thruster. (SV/CV)
For an HV the hover engine is the bottom thruster, and gravity adresses the top so you need at least a directional thuster on the 4 reamaing sides
climb in, open control panel ( P ), and next to statistics in lower right and clcik on the i-inna-circle.
For an HV with one normal thrusters in back, one directional on the other 3 sides, and one RCS you should get this:

Perhaps your HV is heavy and needs more thrusters/RCS than the above -- the pic above is for the most minimal HV Im aware of (zero hull blboks) - so your milage may differ.
