Green screen won't go away

I haven't played this game in a while and thought I'd try out the new update. I'm about an hour or two into a new game. Just came back from my first mining run and was messing around in the survival constructor when my screen turned green. It's like I'm wearing night vision goggles, I think. I've never had them before.

I've looked through the keyboard control mapping for anything that changes the view but I can't figure out how to get rid of the green screen. I feel like it should be something really simple. I don't have night vision goggles or a helmet so the 'L' key just cycles the headlight on and off. Anyone know how to fix this?

Ok I figured it out! Exiting to the menu screen and reloading the game didn't work. However, exiting the game completely and then starting it back up did work!
