Fences?

I see in the steam workshop that people have been putting in fances on some of their bases. They kinda look like half-walls. How do you do that?

Must be the skinny wall block type, right click while building with the blocks ur using to unfold the block shape choices, could also be walkway blocks rotated or certain type in the walkway grp that looks that way. But yeah most likely its the small wall block shape in the rightclick foldout menu that looks very skinny.
