Teleportation command?

well doesn't matter anyway, I'm guessing no. This site details all the console commands:

teleport Turns this command on or off. You can right-click on the map to teleport (You will be slightly higher than normal, so be careful for the landing!)

teleport x, y, z, Teleports you to those coordinates, only on the playfield you currently are on.

teleport '<playfield name>' Teleports you to the typed Playfield. For Playfields with spaces in them, you must use single quotes! Do note, you may need to change sectors first! (Case Sensitive)

Those work in a ship.
teleport x,y,z won't wirk in a ship, but you can do that outside a ship and setposition the ship.

I would love to be able to make a kind of stargate between worlds where we have bases established.... Maybe using warp crystals to power the device so it would cost the same or more then it would with a capital ship. It's just a nice idea to have and be able to make use of this function of the game engine.

Nah, Just singleplayer

Playing mp. Friend and I tried to do the elemental space race mission waaaay before we should have. No armor. Saw another gate and bailed. We ended up on a different planet. I being the owner could teleport out with console. Made friend admin but he gets error when he tried to tt. ANY thoughts?

If you can't get admin controls to work for him, place a teleporter and link it to the world you want to send him to.

You are admin, you can spawn items to use. Teleporters aren't normally buildable at the moment. It's either that or have him die and respawn on the home planet. (assuming you can't get his admin controls to work)

Ahhh. I follow you now. Will definitely try the spawn item. Wish I could remember what the specific error was that it cave him when he put tt into the console. He also has to do that even if I have, correct? Is there a seperate section of admin controls? Sorry for the twenty questions, and thank you so much for your help!

I don't actually know the admin controls, I just know making a teleporter and linking it to another is what my friend did on his server to link the base he started on one starter planet to the one me and another friend started on another starter world.
