Silver

Cruising Zirax Space. Looking for Silver on barren planets far and wide. Wondering if it
A. Appears on the system scan, like iron, or gold and I can just pop system to system or...
B. Does not appear on the system scan, like Voidium or Magmacite and I'll need to fly to each potential planet.
The answer will help me decide when to just console it in.

I am pretty sure it is like tungsten. It does not show on planet map as an ore. Just has the POI icon that you have to fly over. 90% sure, but it has been a couple months since I mined any.

I think they added more places to get Silver than just inside Zirax though Zirax is your best bet. And you have to enter the planet to see silver it will NOT show up on information of resources on a planet. As mentioned it is a POI and not a Deposit.

I found silver asteroids in Polaris mining sector last night. You need to be honored with them to mine it though.
