installing mod to private personal server

needs to fix the issue of allowing mods to be installed easier on private/personal servers!!!! i am still unable to get reforged eden/galaxy to install on a private server i have tried many times to setup over the last year!!!!!

Did you think to PM either Ravien or Vermillion here or though the Steam Workshop page or even the official forum, where they are both reasonably active?

Have you read the dedicated server install guide that the scenario creator wrote?
That should be your first step if you haven't already done so.

Furthermore, is this a rented server, or is this a server you physically have in your house?

If it is a rented server, then as the guide already told you, it does not work with all rented servers AND you will have to contact the server assistance portal to get help installing it from them directly.
It also does NOT work with Nitrado at all, as also mentioned in the guide and workshop page discussions already.

"If you are using a rented server host you will need to contact their support for assistance.
Project Eden and Reforged Eden is not compatible with some server hosts such as Nitrado."

If you still can't get it installed, AND you aren't using a rented server, then we will need to know exactly what you have already done. Exact steps. Exact everything....

As I already said, if this is a rented server you pay for then you HAVE to contact the server support to get help installing it.

ive done all of this plus n it wont work so ive given up trying to run a server for myself n friends to play on!!!!

You didn't even answer the one question I asked you, and it is a VERY important question....

Is this a rented server, or is this a server you physically own?

If you aren't going to help us, we can't help you. We need specifics, not just you saying you already did all that.... We can't help you if you don't fill us in, and I'm not about to keep suggestion things for no reason.

If you've already given up then none of us have any reason to continue to offer assistance. It would be pointless. There was also no reason for you to even create this discussion if you already gave up, just saying....

If it isn't working for you then it is either because you aren't following the guide exactly (it works for MANY others no problems), or it is because you are ignoring the fact that you HAVE to contact the support portal if it is a rented server (and I can't know which if you won't provide basic details)....

rented from gportal n all the videos n other suggestions ive found for being able to install reforged eden/galaxy on the server have all failed for me as ive followed each one which most intail filezilla!!! i even tried the one to do the private server on my comp but i didnt seem to be able to get it going as i did something wrong n had to delete everything n reinstall the game

Did you use binary mode in your ftp client when you uploaded the files to the server?
