No. The last 4-5 times Ive reached level 25, there were not enough points to unlock everything.
I think the confusion comes because if you use your skill points as you earn them, you DO reach level 25 without getting everything unlocked. But, you continue to gather XP points as you continue to play and, even though you don't get another level up, the points accumulate so that you can continue to unlock things.
Each time I am short about 95-140 points. And no, I do not continue to accrue further points.
Edit: I had thought it was an added feature to make it more challenging to develop your end-game strategy.
It depends if they compress what we have and all the new stuff, or if they just expand the tech points tree and levels, which is more likely.
The game could go all the way to level 100 if midgame gets enough features, we have some pretty cool hi tech toys coming, worthy of higher tier levels.
Have to wait n see.
I'll bet you thats it. I havent done the 'game' since A7.x.
So, since I never play it, I will never be able to unlock all the research. (In this alpha version).
But thats ok since there are some of those huge sv engines I have never needed to use.
No man. The way it is, is, you continue to gain points after 25. Been that way always.
This is true also. The quests just let you get them quicker.
