Report a translation problem
Translation oversights i guess.
I bump this because I think that there is a translation "file" somewhere that might be able to change it. Just need to grab the attention of the ppl who know.
No, in English it uses PU. You have a bug somewhere. The game stopped using watts back in Alpha.
You should report this issue on the official forums. File a bug report.

EE is the undefined power unit they use in German. They switched to PU in English a long time ago. If you are still seeing Watts then you have a bug.
\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Content\Extras\Localization.csv
Here is the location of the file that stores translation strings. If you make changes to this file they will be lost on most game updates.
\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Content\Scenarios\Scenario Name\Extras\Localization.csv
This is where you put it to 'overwrite' it in a scenario. You can use notepad to edit it, but since it is a csv excel or something should work as well. Don't use 'rich' text editors that do not support csv. When the game updates and makes changes to the original file you will have to update this one yourself.
Also, your English seem fine.
