Otherwise you have to do it by hand.
T2 repair bay is a later game device. So if you are early game you have to repair by hand, or find a POI that provides repair services.
I got unlocked this but not created yet, so only I need to transport back my ship to my base?
As suggested, you can build a T2 repair bay and the accompanying repair station on a base, move your ship to it, and use the 'repair to blueprint' option. You'll have to supply the materials, and it will use power and take time, but won't cost money.
Alternatively and quite a bit faster, if you're able to fly the ship a distance, you can take it to any station that offers 'station services', and pay to repair your ship back to the last saved blueprint. This repairs it instantly and doesn't require you supply any materials, you just have to pay for the service, with the cost based on how much is needed to repair your ship.
I had to do this a couple days ago - while working through chapter 4, I'd turned the weapons off on my CV while I was diving into the radar station, so that they wouldn't be firing at the station wasting ammo (I should have just adjusted targeting). A heavy drone came up while I was in the middle of the base, and started bombarding my CV. By the time I got out, it had depleted my shields and done a lot of block damage, carving multiple holes into the sides of my CV, but thankfully not quite destroying any critical pieces. I flew it into orbit to a colonist station, where it cost about 12k to repair. I made that back by selling them a handful of sniper rifles, which only cost a tiny fraction of the materials and time that doing the repair myself would have cost.
