Where neodymium ingots can be found ?

Hi i'm in a starting system with one planet and two moons i've a well defended base and a small warp ship but i'd like to explore the closest systems with a CV ship but a need a lot of neodymium ingots at least 600 but i can't find any on wreckage ships or in space so where can i find some please ?

Thanks i've explored my space system for a long time but i've only found large asteroids with basic ores but no neodymium one ? The only place i've not explored for long was the small asteroids ring around the planet could neodymium be there ?

Salvage. Put a core in crashed ships on the starter planet and grab the thrusters whole. You can then place them in the factory and the materials used in their construction will apply to the blueprint you're trying to make. Alternatively you can also use a deconstructor to get the raw materials from ship components and then use them to create something custom if that is what you're trying to do without using the factory system.

* Buy Ingots at space station trader
* Buy T2 Sniper and Shotguns and throw them into factory. (laser rifles give zas and ere, no idea if neo too)
* Loot Ingots in legacy pois
* Loot Stuff that contains Neo in Pois
* Disassmble Pois and wrecks (specially thruster) for (if you core) complete blocks, or (without coring) ingrediens (Not coring gives you only 30% of the ingrediens)
* Hunt Golems

If you core the Pois before you Salvage them you should have when all white and Legacy pois are finhed over 3000 neo Ingots in Factory

If you want to build your ship by hand its a harder task

Use your solar system map. Select orbit or planet information view depending which one you would like to examine. Click an orbit/planet. The info panel on the right will display what mineral deposits the orbit/planet/moon has. Neo is often found in orbits so I often search in orbits. It is also easier to mine asteroids in space due to the absence of drones. Then you probably should search in those harsh planets, for example, lava, snow, barren metal, etc.

The need for rare ore or lots of ore. Is a reason to explore the galaxy!

Oh and be careful of Zirax, them pointy hat fellows do nay like to share rare ores!! Bring lotsa guns!

I started a new Reforged-Ocean/hard the other day. Yesterday I went to deep ocean to salvage a crashed capital ship. Very deep lol. I`m down there and start seeing magnesium, gold, sathium, Neo and Pentaxid, with a scattering of the base 3 ores. I had been wanting to base the submerged tank, and spend some hours exploring the oceans. But having said that, prolly not enough for a builder. I like the magnesium for early missile defense. The first drone attack was brutal with only a Cricket with 2 gats lol. troop ship and 4 drones (harder to kill maybe?) I`m loving Reforged Eden, lol.

Indeed tho vendors only sell small quantities but my problem is solved i have an Osiris-CV now it's quite cheap and efficient :-)

I just play again a start and i had a suboptimal start.
All pois the planet offer (and that give Ressources)
* One good capital vessel
* Heidelberg
* Abandoned reactor
* 3 one Room Legacy pois

I play my testgames with a "No Core" rule to make them better comparable with multiplayer.
And neo is really really scarce
But enough to make my cv Warpcapable

The field is the only place to mine neodymium, which I absolutely need to get to another star system, and it's guarded by powerful laser drones that pretty much are instant death if approached. Am I going to be able to gather enough of the metal from POIs to get a warp drive that can go interstellar?
