Changed my controls?!

So, for some god awfull reason, my controls are now suddenly the type that when you pull the mouse off-center, the ship will keep turning that way until you re-center the mouse on the crosshair on the screen.

1: Is this a setting somewhere? Can I change it back? I get it's usefull for slow turning CV ships etc... But for HV and SV where I want to use it offensively, it's downright HORRIBLE!!!

2: If this is NOT an option in changing it, then for the love of god, add an option! This is unplayable for those of us with more smaller ships atm!

I recall seeing a toggle flight control keybind along with that change they made a little while ago to introduce that capability. Dont recall the default, though.

It is called Pilot Mode. It was introduced with Alpha 10. You toggle it on/off using Shift + I .... that is the eye key. Read about it here: https://empyriononline.com/threads/alpha-10-out-now.49963/

PILOT MODE, it's at the bottom of your toggle list. also, the letter O on your keyboard will center your ship to the whatever plane you're on so you stop moving in this mode. I use this constantly.

Thank you SO much! Can finally disable that "/)(#&¤ on smaller ships, and can turn it on when handling CVs. No idea how I've managed to turn it on, but off for now!

Yeah, it's perfect for maneuvering huge CVs!
