1) they vary from poi to poi, some are pretty deep 'rabbit holes' while others are just a few levels
2) no idea :P sorry
3) personally i like the pulse rifle? the second from last (laser is good too but ammo is not as cheap or looted as often)
4) again this varies poi to poi but expect anything, the nightmares and maybe assasins are the main high end mobs (other than zirax) in poi's but they also have a level assignment so can be easy or hard depending on the planet (likely lower level on the starter planet)
5) there should be some 'alien containers' in practically all bigger poi's, these have decent loot but some are hidden and it is an RNG lootpool - these are what you want to find
6) same as above, they are all different but in some ways similar, you will eventually just 'learn' the layout on some, others may always be a mystery for me
2. There are cores you can destroy in any of them that are non story mission based. Those have Admin Cores. Some are hidden well.
3, There are also T2 and epic weapons in various varieties. The ones you're using are good starter weapons. If you're careful they work throughout. One shot kills on most things with the Epic Heavy Sniper Rifle on head. It uses 15mm rounds.
4. There's maybe 6 or so different creatures in those. I'll let you find the types on your own. Besides it's lengthy to describe.
5. There are different quality containers. Purple is the best for epic weapons. Loot is random within the quality and type constraints of the container. I did find an epic in a plain cargo once so I guess anything is possible.
6. Again it's probably better you just explore it on your own.
in mp they can, and usually do so on a timer (usually every 24 hours) both of these options are configurable so it can vary from server to server
Smart move.
EGS is all about being prepared.
I could, but my friends are also shiney (they've never played before) so I think it will beneficial to not have other players around. Good Idea though.
But you can ask people questions or trade with them.
And if you dont like it you can simply Blueprint your Structures and spawn them on your own server. (This cant work in the other direction without admin rights)
