Plasma Cannon Cell?
For whatever reason I've managed to collect enough RP to unlock every tech, but still can't build these. Are they loot/buy only now?

Did you check the tech tree to see what type of constructor they can be crafted in?

I'm using an advanced constructor. That should be able to build anything that doesn't require a food processor, except a few survival/portable constructor items.

i think you may be looking for PL.Charge HV
or PL.Charge SV
if your looking for Plasma ship ammo

Nope, ammo for my Epic Plasma Cannon (handheld weapon). Used to be craftable in advanced constructor (only).

ok so you do have the regular plasma rifle unlocked?
i found the ammo after i unlocked that
edit: so it is craftable in default

research the plasma handheld in the weapon tech tree to allow fabrication of the plasma ammo cubes for the epic version

to make the ammo for a handheld item you have to be able to make the handheld item.

I have already unlocked every single tech in the entire tech tree, there is absolutely no chance that this is the problem.

Perhaps part of the problem is that you're reading a wiki which is over 2 years old. Many, many changes to the game have taken place since then, including what types of ammo go into different guns. Have you actually LOOKED at the epic plasma riffle to see what type of ammo it requires? Or, are you simply going on what that web site tells you? If I am not mistaken, the epic now requires a different type of ammo.

What WOULD be silly is thinking that a personal weapon would use ammo designed for a ship or base mounted weapon.

Note: Not directing that at CaptRyder as it was clear he didn't know I was talking about a personal weapon.

You are correct in what ammo they use. It appears your game is bugged because I can craft those plasma cannon cells in my advanced constructor. They appear right next to the laser cell charges.

If you've checked EVERYthing you'd not be here looking for help. since you ARE here, you clearly missed SOMEthing. But since you are unwilling to accept that you missed something you are on your own.
