However, I also imagine that it's possible that your game got glitched. What seed and planet size (and difficulty settings) did you use? (So some could try recreating your planet and seeing what is there.)
Ok, but we're on 12.1 in the stable branch.
Also, before the original post was edited, I thought that it had stated that this was a fresh game start (two hours before that post was made). ((But, double checking the timestamps on the posts here, I am probably remembering something else...))
Hi cbltv1
Have you tried heading up to the farthest point up north way on your snow starter if possible, i tend to find a few radiation zones up that way which can have promethium rocks to break, you don't get loads' but it does come in handy, as to pentaxid, have you tried to scour the lake bottoms, this can be a good source for the pentaxid early game and on starter planets.
Other than what i have said and the mountains, maybe you could have a game that has glitched out.
Good luck finding some, hope this might have helped you secure some, even if it is only a little amount.
I have not been able to traverse the whole planet yet either as trying to keep food up is an every day challenge much less get a base built to not freeze or run out of bio fuel for the base and HV. :) So I only got to explore a couple of nearby mountain ranges.
@mark117h, good suggestions, I will see if I can get lucky. Thanks.
