Fixing the target reticle with an LCD projector

I finagled a fix for the invisible target reticle using an LCD projector.

Pic 1 shows the view inside the cockpit.

Pic 3 is the setup screen. Every spec matters, getting it centered took some work.

You can change the apparent size by adjusting the Y offset, moving it further or closer. Any other changes, including font size, will move the reticle off target.

You can choose any symbol you like from the library, but they may need adjusting to get centered. I like the targety one. Of course you can change the color as you please.

Всё это конечно замечательно, но тут ведь всего лишь один предложенный символ из встроенных дефолтных из игры. Я думал тут будут приложены вариации как можно начертить себе новый прицел на экран используя псевдографику и, по возможности, выводить поверх него актуальную информацию с датчиков корабля поверх него.

Have you looked into just changing the reticle?
