Weight restrictions

Yesterday I was playing fine and had weight/mass set to false. Now today the game thinks it's on and I can't fly.

How can I fix this problem?

Go into your game saves folder
In gameoptions.yaml put:

EnableVolumeWeight: False

tried this, placed it on different spots in the file to, but still i can not fly my ships :(

Also checked gameoptions command in console and it says weight limit is off...

sounds like an cpu issue to me and you try to fly a t4 ship with a t1 cpu
turn the cpu setting off too

You don't have to edit the file, you can change the difficulty in the "resume game" menu. Just select your save and then click on the "difficulty" button to the right. Make sure, that for your save, the mass/weight check is indeed disabled (probably it is, if you said it is in console, but just to make sure).

If its disabled there too, try to disable the CPU Points in the same difficulty menu to verify HadesDurin's guess.

cpu was turned of aswell, turned them both on logged in didn't get a warning message but couldn't fly.
Turned them back on hoping it would now be fixed, but no luck.

Just replaced the thrusters and it works now.

It's because its a bug.

Fixed: Thruster torque at 0 for yaw, pitch & roll


Anyway, glad you got it sorted.
