First i dunno how to open the menue but i ve seen a streamer opening a debug menue to show O2 in a room so make a blueprint of your base ect spawn it in creative and have a look at it.

The debug menue is opened with N.
To help the OP with his issue the only way is to create a blueprint and post the link to the workshop here.

If the room is completely sealed, do you have a ventilator in the room? Every room needs a ventilator, OR a non-airtight path to an existing ventilator.

Also make sure there is enough O2 to fill the base.
If you have an elevator they need to be sealed also.

Not all doors are Air Tight. Double check which doors you are using and you may have to replace them. I made that mistake on my CV and had to replace them.

Seems to me the most common problems with this are:

1. Unsealed room
2. Using wrong type of door
3. No ventilator
4. Not enough O2 tanks

I have had trouble with all 4 of these in the past.

ahh I'll try filling 02 tanks right up. I have air vent in there and i know about air tight blocks

If you have complex architecture with triangle windows, etc, and some windows are coming from one direction and butting against windows from another direction, or thin walls from two directions, sometimes there are air-leaking gaps at the corners and edges.

Some shutter windows aren't airtight also.

Make sure nothing is blocking the ventilator--an "empty" block can block off the ventilator--like a window block where the empty side is towards the ventilator. It looks empty to us but the game sees a solid block.

Dirt and ground are not air tight.
